Rotary Honors Three as Students of the Month for December
![]() | Everett High Student of the Month is Annicka Pollack, an involved and dedicated student who has participated in yearbook staff, advanced leadership, jazz choir, Torch Honor Society, drama and cycling club. She has been a national poet for the Live Poets Society, an AP scholar, and lettered in choir. She volunteers in our community, takes rigorous courses and maintains a GPA of 3.939. Annicka hopes to go to WSU and study chemistry, so she can make an impact in the world. |
Student of the Month from Cascade High is Revy Roberts, a four year varsity cheerleader who helped lead her team to a state championship. She has been in the advanced leadership program for three years and is the current ASB Spirit Coordinator. She is president of the Interact Club, which provides the freedom to recognize a need in her community and create a project to meet that need. Revy is studying sports medicine at Cascade and may study athletic training in college. | ![]() |
![]() | Sequoia High Student of the Month is David Escamilla-Gonzalez, a highly respected student who would like to attend Bastyr University to study natural sciences. He enjoys learning how to naturally take care of his body and hopes to one day join a natural medicine practice. Every Thursday David and his dad help pack bags of food at Bethany Church in Everett for local school children. His advisor says, “David is a mature, hard-working young man who comes to class ready to work each day.” |
