We were welcomed by Greeters Tony Orso & Sonya Kraski.
President Will McMahan opened the meeting leading us in the Pledge of Allegiance.

"BlackRock – ETF’s and Financial Innovation”
John Olson introduced Jacob Acab Investment Manager at BlackRock. BlackRock was started in 1988.  In 2007 was spun off by Merrill Lynch.  2009 combined with iShares.  Currently the largest investment manager in the world.
Exchange Traded Funds – EFTs.  EFTs are like mutual funds but are traded like stocks.  82% of EFT’s are issued by State Street, Vanguard and iShares.  Currently there are $3.2 trillion invested in EFTs. Five Key Criteria to analyze an EFT – Manager, Exposure, Structure, Liquidity and Costs.
