Ryan Willis introduced fellow Everett Rotarian Liz Stenning the Executive Director of Downtown Everett Association.
Liz was here to give an update on what is happening in downtown Everett as well as explain the areas of responsibility for the Downtown Everett Association.

It’s energetic streets are home to an innovative business community, engaged residents, and delighted visitors who experience economic opportunity; a unique historic contexe ; and a vibrant dining, arts, and entertainment culture.

We champion Downtown Everett’s community of businesses, residents, workers, and visitors by supporting economic vitality, promoting local experiences, cultivating a strong organization network, and stewarding public spaces and historic places.

Parking Management
- The DEA is the facility manager for the 500 stall Everpark garage.

- 40 blocks Pacific to Everett Avenues and Broadway to West Marine Dr
- Walt Greenwood-The city seems to be more business focused.
- Trying to change that.
- Walt Greenwood-follow up question does the city compete with Port for customers?
- Port owns its own land and has more control overgrowth and business brought in.
- The city has many landowners and not as much control.
