ROTARY CLUB OF EVERETT
MEETING:
President Michael Kvistad led us in the Pledge of Allegiance This was meeting #13th of President Michael’s year and the 5,563rd meeting of the Rotary Club of Everett.
THOUGHT OF THE DAY:
We did not catch the Thought of the Day by Kevin Daniels.
INTRODUCTION OF VISITING ROTARIANS AND GUESTS:
No visiting Rotarians or guests.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Rotary After Hours, Thursday, 9/26, 5 pm – 6:30 pm, at the Courtyard by Marriott Everett on Colby Avenue.
Blood drive at Everett Elks on September 27th, starting at 10 am.
HAPPY DOLLARS AND BIRTHDAY BUCKS:
Happy dollars from Barb George, Betsy Baker-Bold, Kari Petrasek, and President Michael Kvistad. Multiple birthdays this week as the following gave birthday bucks – Mark Valentine, Paul Stoot, Kelli Thode, and Will McMahan.
RAFFLE:
The winners were Kari Petrasek, Larry O’Donnell, and Jeff Moore.
PROGRAM: Club Assembly
Vice President Kari Petrasek led the program with the Club Assembly. We had a fun trivia day with questions covering travel, history, science and literature. Prizes were given to the top 4 teams. The prizes were Amazon gift cards, Starbuck’s gift cards and candles.
