Rotary Club of Everett
MEETING:
President Neil Angst led us in the Pledge of Allegiance, and into our 34th meeting of the year and the 5,537th meeting of the Rotary Club of Everett.
MUSIC OF THE DAY:

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
President Neil announced the following announcements.
Rotary Club of Everett Board meeting, Friday, March 29th at Neil’s office and online. All Rotarians are invited to attend the meeting.
The District Assembly is April 6th. The location is in Surrey, Canada.
District 5050 Conference is May 3rd-5th in Mount Vernon. The cost is $45 per person. Families are welcome.
Kelli Thode announced that the Rotary Blood Drive the Elks Club is March 29th.
President Elect Michael Kvistad provided a 2024 Fundraiser update.

PROGRAM: Panama Project Update

Ryan Willis introduced our guest speaker, Aleph Frackenthal. Aleph has been leading the Panama Project for several years. He has spoken periodically to the club on the status update of the project. Aleph gave an update on the project. He talked about the work that is being done in the remote parts of Panama to provide sources of clean water. His organization is The Healing Fund.
Ralph Quaas celebrated his 90th birthday. The following Rotarians received $250 Paul Harris Points from Ralph – Kay Fantin, Ryan Willis, Kevin Daniels, and Cat Wilson.
