Following the Pledge and call to order,
Jeff Cornish read off a series of quotes from the late Yogi Berra culminating with “The future ain’t what it used to be.”
Tami Dunn followed with the introduction of guests:
Michael Wistad, an attorney with Anderson Hunter, attended with Ted Wente, and
Milly Blumhagen joined the meeting courtesy of Julie Herber.
Sheryl Dryden announced an upcoming holiday concert 6PM 12/16 at the Everett Performing Arts Center featuring the Navy band.
Ed Petersen offered up the slate of officers for the upcoming term and it passed by unanimous voice vote.

He also announced that the WCS committee received a $5000 District Grant to further its work in the Dominican Republic.
Deri Ford graduated from new member to member with her classification talk. She is a CPA with Moss Adams and specializes in helping businesses prepare their financial statements.
A Paul Harris Award was presented by Past President Tom Koenig to Ralph Quaas.

Dennis Smith, Michael Hawkes,
Randy Hansen, Andrea Sekora, Will McMahon, Judi Edwards, Tami Dunn, Sally Lancaster, George Petrie, and Greg Tisdel all offered happy dollars and birthday bucks.
Raffle prizes went to George Bowden, Dennis Smith, and Tom Koenig.
The program for the day featured Aleph Fackenthall and a short film on the work that his group, “The Healing Fund - Panama”, does providing sanitary drinking water in rural communities in Panama.
To date, the group had installed 14 rain catchment systems and several wells, and provided training to local residents in the importance of clean drinking water to health.
