Everett Rotary Meeting – January 31, 2017 We were welcomed by Greeters Jessica Mitchell. President Ed Petersen opened meeting leading us in the Pledge of Allegiance. Jessica Mitchell welcomed visiting Rotarians and Guests, as follow:

Presidential Recollection Rose Goulet shared her year as President 2006-2007.

• Started in 2012 with 23 students now they have just under 200 students

Program:

"Children’s Hospital Collaboration with Providence”

Kim William and Darren Redick from Providence were introduced by Gail Larson.

Relationship between Providence and Children’s Hospital began in 2003.

Children’s Hospital provides Pediatric Hospitalist Program and Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Children’s Hospital will be building a Specialist Clinic on the Northeast corner of Providence’s Colby Campus.

The property will be turned over to Children’s Hospital and construction will take 14 months.
