Everett Rotary Meeting – July 5, 2016
We were welcomed by Greeters Tami Dunn & Barbara George.
At 12:12, President Ed Petersen opened meeting leading us in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Presidential Recollection
PP Ed Rubatino shared his year as President 1997-1978.
Started Happy Bucks.
Fundraiser – Built house with Everett High School raised $35,000.
7 Members today were Members that year.
Rotary International Convention held in San Francisco.

Rotarian’s in the World
Pres. Ed Petersen explained a new feature at our weekly meetings. He would like Club Members traveling outside the US to take a picture of themselves reading The Herald in that country. It will be posted in The Herald and on the screen at the meeting. The member will then give a brief account of their trip. A picture of Pres. Ed at in the Rotary Convention Korea will be posted in the Herald.
