PROGRAM: Final Strategic Planning Results
PP Kelli Thode and Ryan Willis presented the Strategic Planning results. The Strategic Planning Committee met in January to discuss where the club is going. This planning process helps us to define a shared three- to five-year vision.

Four goals:
  • Membership – grow and retain an engaged club
  • Participation – turn membership into action
  • Funding – resource the work we value
  • Vision – stay aligned around the future
The club will be 110 years old in March 2027. This plan builds on a long history of service while preparing the club for the next five years.

Kelli presented four priorities which will guide the club through 2031.
  1. Membership growth and retention
  2. Strong community partnership
  3. Collaboration
  4. Traditional strengths
She shared the organizational chart 2026-2027 and explained what each Avenue of Service does. There is the Club Administration, Membership, Public Relations, Service Projects and Rotary International.

A slide regarding financial oversight and a slide on fundraising was shown.

Kelli and Ryan are looking for more members to be on the Strategic Planning Committee.

Neil Angst will send the PowerPoint presentation to the members.

Janice Ellis auctioned candles from SnoCo Candles, Snohomish. Congratulations Mark Johnson and Tasha Boston on being the winners.
