Dean grew up in Everett, moved to the east coast and attended Yale University. After graduation he moved to Baltimore and taught middle school. He decided that was not for him, and moved back to the PNW and attended UW Law School. Graduate in ’82 and worked for Anderson Hunter Law Firm in Everett. He found his passion in helping in the adoption process and has now performed over 3200 family forever adoptions. He now owns his own practice called Tuohy Minor Kruse on Wetmore Avenue in Everett, WA.
