President Deborah opened the meeting at precisely 12:08 PM and led us in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.
Tammy Dunn provided our Thought of the Day, a simple, inspirational quote from Mother Teresa.
Jerry Tucker introduced visiting Rotarian
Steve McGraw (Seattle 4). Guests included Neil Weiss with Adam Ballout,
Dayna Weir, Career Specialist at Everett High School and parents/siblings of our Students of the Month - Sydney Campbell from Everett High, Scott Pease from Cascade High, and Alexander Hotchko from Sequoia High.

Larry O’Donnell reminded us that our club was formed 3/8/1916 and shared some interesting charter member information.
Jessica Mitchell reminded us of the Fireside at Buffalo Wild Wings on 4/26.
Will McMahan let us know that the Rotary Walk-A-Thon is rapidly approaching (May 07) and we need 100% participation with mandatory pledges. Jim Staniford shared that today is National Garlic Day.

Three lucky winners each took home identical prizes consisting of white wine, garlic chips, garlic olive oil, garlic olives, and of course, garlic.
Program
President Deb introduced our own Jeff Cornish who put together a very informative, interactive, and fun presentation about our Rotary Family Tree. You had to be there - sorry if you missed it.
Following “thank you’s”, announcements - including a special World Community Service meeting at 3331 Broadway on 4/27 - and acknowledgements, the meeting was adjourned at 1:12PM.
